Founder & Director
A leader in technology and public policy, Claudia has been driving key initiatives for responsible AI development and adoption in Latin America since 2016, promoting economic growth and quality of life in the region. This led her to be a finalist for WAI’s Woman in AI of the Year 2025 award, receive Bloomberg’s Global Economy Catalyst award and be recognized by WIRED as one of the top women in AI in Latin America in 2024. In the past, she advised the Mexican Senate on AI, led Mexico’s first AI regulatory trial and co-founded Mexico’s first national AI coalition. She is a graduate of Warwick Business School.

Senior Programs Officer
Since 2020, Daniela has focused on leading transformative initiatives at the intersection of emerging technologies, public policy, and international affairs. This led her to be selected as a Fellow of Georgetown University’s Global Competitiveness Leadership (GCL) 2025 program and a finalist for the Responsible AI Leader award from Women in AI. In 2024, she was named by WIRED as one of the top women in AI in Latin America and was the youngest member of the AI advisory group for the Mexican Senate. She is currently part of the Board of Directors of the Youth Program at COMEXI. She holds a degree in International Relations from UDLAP.

Design and Communication Consultant
Nicte specializes in managing and leading communication strategies to drive digital growth for organizations. She has experience with global-reach projects, working on initiatives related to pioneer technology, ranging from the Metaverse to the use of Artificial Intelligence to address social, climate change, and health challenges. She currently works as a Marketing Analyst and Project Coordinator at PWC, and is part of the Global Shapers Mexico City community.

GovTech and Data Consultant
Valeria is a Council Member of the Global Future Council on GovTech and Digital Public Infrastructure at the World Economic Forum and a Research Fellow at Stanford University’s McCoy Family Center for Ethics in Society, where she explores ethical AI frameworks to guide its responsible application in society, with a particular focus on the employment sector. With extensive expertise in AI policy and regulation, she has advised governments in Spain, Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil, while also contributing to global initiatives such as the ITU’s “Gov Stack” for digital government. Her work bridges the gap between innovation and social impact, ensuring technology serves as a force for inclusive and sustainable development.

Rodrigo boasts 15+ years of experience leveraging new technologies and strategies to enhance accountability, promote inclusive integrity practices, and improve the prevention, identification, and investigation of corruption and transnational crime. He currently serves as the Regional Director for the Americas at Open Ownership. From 2015 to 2023, he led the UK’s international cooperation in Mexico on anti-corruption, economic competition, and digitalization. He has been a speaker and delegate for the UK and Mexico at international forums such as the United Nations, the OECD, and the Global AI Forum.

Founding Member of the Advisory Board
For 15 years, Constanza has worked in the development field as a social entrepreneur and strategist, founding organizations, national advocacy coalitions, and leading the development of national and international legislation/policies in the fields of digital economy and social development. She is the founder of C Minds, AI for Climate, and NaturaTechLac, all focused on AI for humanity and biodiversity conservation. She is a Founding Member of the UNESCO’s Steering Committee of Women for Ethical AI, used to chair the WEF’s AI for Humanity Global Council, and was a member of the UNESCO Ad-Hoc Experts Group for the Recommendation on the Ethics of AI. She supported and advised the founding of Eon Institute.

Carlos is a researcher specialized in the intersection of emerging technologies and policy, focusing on AI governance, and currently examining how methods and applications of AI push the boundaries of policy (hard and soft law) at the Future of Life Institute, where he works as a Senior AI Policy Researcher and UN Representative. He is also a Member of the OECD.AI’s Experts Network, Co-Chair of the AI and Autonomous Systems Policy Committee at the IEEE, and a Member of the Global Experts Groups on the Governance of Emerging Tech at Open Loop.
